By fostering a deeper connection to the natural world, we can develop a greater sense of responsibility to protect and sustain the environment for future generations. Dr. Hammond believes that spending time in nature has profound benefits for mental health, offering a sense of peace and renewal that is often lost in our fast-paced, technology-driven lives.
