The Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium (CNCP) is excited to launch its “Nurture Nature” Campaign, dedicated to improving educational outreach, enhancing the visitor experience, and preserving the 105-acre sanctuary that has been a vital community resource since 1969. With the support of the community, this campaign will help maintain essential facilities, upgrade infrastructure, repair boardwalks, and care for the center’s animals. The campaign aims to foster a deeper connection to nature, especially for local youth, in an age where technology often pulls us away from the natural world.
