About the event
What has hollow bones, ho hair, & can travel faster than a cheetah? A peregrine falcon! Why do birds have different beaks? Do all birds fly? Come learn all about bird adaptations, lifestyles, species, & more! Spend time learning about our National bird the Bald Eagle, explore our trails in search of birds, meet some raptors up close, play games, & make bird crafts!
Camp times: Drop off is 8:30-9:00am, Pick up is from 3:30-4:00pm, Camp activities run from 9:00am-3:30pm.
All camps include indoor/outdoor exploration, hands-on activities, crafts, games, hikes, planetarium shows, & live animal encounters.
All campers should come prepared each day with a change of clothes, towel, water shoes, refillable water bottle, preferred sunscreen & insect repellent, and a packed lunch with extra snacks.
