Planetarium: July 22 Premiere Screening of “The Farthest” Commemorates Voyager Mission’s 40th Anniversary

The Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium will host a pre-TV-release screening of the PBS documentary, “The Farthest,” on July 22, 2017 at 2 pm and 6 pm.  The daytime show is open (with a suggested donation) to any museum visitor with regular admission to Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium. The evening event includes a reception and opening remarks from a representative of WGCU, our local PBS affiliate, about the making of the documentary and from a participant in the Voyager I mission’s encounter with Jupiter.

Please do use this form to reserve space at The Farthest screening. This does not require a deposit, but admission to the museum will be required on the day of the screening, and there is a "suggested donation" of $5. This form is your RSVP, so that we hold space for you until the scheduled event time. If you are late, that will not necessarily still be available, so please do arrive on time. Please be sure to tell us how many people in your party, even if it's only "1". We look forward to seeing you at more of our many special events, workshops and guided hikes, etc., over the coming year!
